If you can’t identify with the high cost of housing in Los Angeles, here’s a place for you: It’s got a 5,000-square-foot master suite, seven additional bedrooms, parking for 80 cars, and a $135 million price tag, the Wall Street Journal reports.

The house, situated on roughly 5 acres in Beverly Crest’s Wallingford Estates, also features a 155-foot-long infinity pool, two tennis courts, a caretaker’s house, and a boxing ring. Coldwell Banker Global Luxury’s Ginger Glass holds the listing.

The spec mansion’s seller is developer Gala Asher of Dream Properties LA. Asher made headlines two years ago, selling a different spec house to Detroit Pistons owner Tom Gores as part of a $100 million deal

Asher purchased this property in 2016, paying $22 million. At that time, the property was occupied by a circa 1990s house modeled after a French chateau. “Parts of the old house were demolished and new parts were built,” says the Journal.

If sold at its list price, the transaction for this house would set a new record for LA County by a long shot. The record now sits at $110 million—the price paid for a Malibu property that Hard Rock Cafe founder Peter Morton sold earlier this year.
