Goat Yoga
WHAT: Yoga, gardens, and goats…what could be better? Visit South Coast Botanic Gardens to stretch out and have some laughs while goats frolic beside you.
WHEN: Saturday, February 23rd at either 12 – 1:30 pm or 2 – 3 pm
WHERE: South Coast Botanic Gardens- 26300 Crenshaw Boulevard, Palos Verdes
DETAILS: Pre-registration required Class will include 6 goats and 40 participants. Admission is $30 for garden members, $35 for non-members. Bring a yoga mat and wear a close-backed shirt. !
A Tea Gathering
WHAT: Do you love tea, history, and culture? Join artist Jesús Chaidez for an afternoon tea tasting ceremony. Coming from the Downtown LA Tea Bar to Manhattan Beach, tea tasters can try signature teas from around the world and learn about the myths and stories behind them.
WHEN: Sunday, February 24th from 4 – 6 pm

Comedy Night and Silent Auction
WHAT: The South Bay Music Association presents the 10th annual Comedy Night & Silent Auction! The fun and funny event typically raises $20K-$25K for El Segundo’s award-winning high school music program. This event is the largest fundraiser event for organization of the year and will feature headliner Dwayne Perkins, as seen streaming on Starz.
WHEN: Saturday, February 23 starting at 5:30 p.m

Dancing with the South Bay Stars
WHAT: Watch 9 local “celebrities” join professional dancers in a friendly competition to raise funds for the participants’ nonprofit organizations of choice.

Opening Art Exhibition Reception: TWO by Two
WHAT: Two local artists, Amelia Amell and Jesús Chaidez, present Stories Beneath the Surface. The new exhibit examines the work of artists living in two worlds, and the impact of global politics, personal histories and cultural symbolism and how it relates to living in the United States.

Muscle Car Show at the ADM
WHAT: Get ready to rumble at the ADM’s annual Muscle Car Show! Enter the show yourself for a chance to win awards, or just come to look and enjoy live music and food trucks!

Torrance Antique Faire
WHAT: Torrance’s monthly antique faire features over 200 sellers offering vintage clothes, jewelry, home decor, and more. Visitors will also enjoy $3 antique appraisals, free crafts, and live music!
